William McGee

Will McGee has dedicated his early career to helping families and children navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. He understands that divorce and custody proceedings can be stressful, and believes it is essential to approach these situations with compassion. Will advocates for his clients in matters such as divorce, child custody disputes, adoptions, and prenuptial agreements.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. He also holds a B.A. in history from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.

Originally from Paducah, Kentucky, Will joined the firm during his second year of law school in 2023. Coming from a family of attorneys, he is a fourth-generation lawyer who has been involved in the legal field throughout his life. Despite being relatively young in terms of legal experience, Will’s familiarity with the law has allowed him to quickly excel as a practicing attorney.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Courtney, and his close friends. He is an avid football fan (Go Pack Go) and plays golf every weekend, despite struggling to break 100.
